The Public Relations and Marketing Committee of the Jubilee is a volunteer organization. Many of it's members are active or retired print or broadcast journalists or public relations professionals Their goal is to provide accurate and timely information before, during and after the Jubilee. They can provide photos, broadcast quality videotape, written copy, ideas for feature stories and performers and knowledgeable volunteers and jazz experts for interviews.

Media Credentials: The Sacramento Jazz Jubilee welcomes media coverage. We provide media credentials to bona fide media representatives who are on assignment to cover the Jubilee. Those who wish to be considered for working credentials must contact us in advance, in writing on publication letterhead, with the name of their publication, address, telephone and fax number. Include clips of previous coverage of the Jubilee. We also require a letter on publication letterhead, signed by an editor, stating that the person applying for the credential is a staff or freelance reporter on assignment to cover the Jubilee and describing the nature of the assignment. The letter must include the editor's phone number. The number of credentials issued will be governed by the nature of the assignment and previous coverage of the Jubilee and will be at the discretion of the Jubilee. Letters must be received by May 1, 2005, to receive consideration for Jubilee 2005. Requests for media credentials may be sent by US mail to:
